EasyLap-compatible personal transponder for race-weekend timing

The EasyLap Micro Transponder (ET001X) is the standard personal tag used with EasyLap-style infrared timing bridges. It is compact and lightweight for Mini-Z and other 1:28 cars, while still being simple to wire and mount.
