Reflex Racing’s first 1:28 Formula kit
After nearly two years of development, the FX28 is a ground-up Formula car — not a stretched touring layout. Design focus: a tough open-wheel front end, a low centre of gravity, and scale-faithful packaging with modern Formula bodywork from Radbody (USA).
Design highlights
Simplicity Robust 2-piece front end built for open-wheel contact. 2° caster in the front end and 1° knuckles for steering response and corner speed. High-quality servo saver included — essential for Formula racing.
Low centre of gravity Steel and aluminium placed at the lowest points of the chassis to keep mass down for sharper handling.
Precise weight distribution Dampened rotary hinge rear suspension and a low-CG disc damper keep the package inside the body lines — about 97%+ scale fidelity to full-size Formula cars.
